SHIPPING

We ship only within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any address outside the 50 states plus the District of Columbia, except as limited below.

We do not ship to:

• Idaho
• Nebraska
• South Dakota
• Tennessee

Orders with a shipping address in those states will be canceled. You will be notified and will not be charged shipping for a canceled restricted-state order.

Carrier and method
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (or the current USPS ground equivalent). We do not offer expedited, overnight, or international shipping.

Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email when the package is scanned into USPS.

Delivery estimates
USPS Ground transit is usually 2–8 business days after the package ships, depending on origin and destination. These times are estimates only. Compare One is not responsible for USPS delays, weather, peak-season backups, or incorrect addresses.

Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable U.S. shipping address. Packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or marked “insufficient address” are not reshipped free of charge. A new order and new shipping fee may be required.

Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to USPS. Once we have a valid scan/tracking event showing the package was accepted by USPS, we have fulfilled the shipping obligation.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exceptions we may consider (replacement only, not a refund)
If your order arrives damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the shipping label, outer box, and the issue
• Tracking number

If we confirm a shipping or fulfillment error on our side, we may send a replacement at no extra shipping charge, subject to product availability. We do not issue cash, store credit, or original-payment refunds.
